Brian's Feedback on 14-Day China Tour

We arrived home to Canada last evening after a fabulous trip to China.  All of the arrangements you made worked out very well and smoothly.  The guides and drivers were excellent and took good care of us.  Lulu, our guide in Hangzhou, and her driver, Mrs. Gu, in particular, were a terrific team.  Lulu was an exceptional guide, so friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable; we bonded with her and Mrs. Gu immediately and felt like we were travelling with good friends.

 

All the guides were flexible and adjusted the schedules to meet our late starts in the morning and varying lunch times. They couldn’t do enough to help us.  For example, William, our guide in Huangshan, even called ahead to a local restaurant to order what we asked for and to make sure the restaurant could obtain it, which they did.  It was a terrific (late) lunch.  Every guide and driver was thoughtful and did special things like this for us.

 

The hotels were all very good except the one on top of the mountain where the room was not the best (on the other hand, there was not much choice on top of the mountain and we loved our time up there).  The Pig’s Inn was great in all respects and we were glad to have stayed in a small, rural village.

 

It was always comforting to step off a high speed train in a strange city and be greeted by our guide holding up a sign with my name on it.  All the drivers drove safely and we felt comfortable in their vehicles, which were always spotlessly clean.

 

Thank you again for all you did.  It was a trip to remember.  And we will recommend you to our friends.
