Serena's Feedback on 8-Day China Tour

Hi Steven Zhao,

My name is Serena  and my family and I have just came back from our holiday in Guilin.  

Just want to give some candid feedback on Vanessa, my trip advisor.  

A big credit is given to Vanessa who has been very instrumental in building my trust on using a China travel company for the very first time and the fact that I have to pay a huge amount (in my perspective) upfront before my travel - that says alot about trust.  She has been very helpful throughout my holiday planning and she has no qualms in calling me back even when she was on leave.  She is professional in answering to her best of her knowledge on the many queries that I have prior to the trip. 

Though there are some hiccups on hotel arrangement during my holidays, but it did not hampened the happy spirit of my family members especially my parents.   Overall, despite some inconveniences I would like to register that I am happy with Vanessa's service.

In addition, I would also like to note that we have been very lucky in having Jenny Ching as our tour guide.  She goes out of her way to ensure that we are comfortable and happy with the overall arrangement.  She takes care of my mother (who has some difficulties in walking) so attentively that my family members cannot express enough of our appreciation of her caring service.   She has contributed greatly to us having a very fond memorable holiday in Guilin. 

You have a great team!  and I wish you, Vanessa, Jenny and China Highlights all the best and I will not hesitate to recommend China Highlights to my families and friends.
