I think the most important element to us was the flexibility we had. Leo was very good at juggling the time schedule and we rearranged the order of events to accommodate the group. This flexibility was so important because the ages of the people in our group spanned from 5 years old to 75! Leo was courteous, knowledgeable and constantly aware of how the group as a whole was managing.

We want to thank you and Leo for a very successful two days in Beijing with our family. I think the most important element to us was the flexibility we had. When on the Great Wall, he was keenly aware of my husband’s parents and their difficulty with the climb. He stayed near them and was conscientious on their behalf. Plus, we enjoyed his sense of humor and good sense of fun!
