Jennifer's Feedback on 14-Day China Tour

They are efficient as well. When we could not visit Huanglong due to bad weather -- they quickly offered to see if we could get a refund -this impressed us .

Dear supervisor,

I had just returned from a 14 day trip to China  arranged by your staff Vanessa. The trip started at Beijing and ended in Shanghai. We had two of your staff Vanessa and Jane join us at Jiuzhaigou --all the way including cruise down the Yangtze River. There were 4 of us in the group. All of us had a wonderful time --partly we were well taken care of by Vanessa and Jane. They are two staff that the company should treasure as they were very good in their work, full of initiative, friendly and warm and totally delightful.

The local guides in the different cities were pretty good too and so far we have no complaints---This show your company has done a good job managing them.
