All the arrangements you made for us worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the prompt service you gave us. You were very easy to work with, you always addressed my emails and answered my questions and everything ran smoothly while we were in China. We really enjoyed our trip to your amazing country, although I would not like to live there I really found it difficult to cope with so many people!!!!!

Hi Vanessa,

We arrived home yesterday and I am still feeling a bit “jet lagged”Philip said he would try and fill out your survey. However, I have just sent a quick note to your Supervisor, Angela Gong, praising your work with us.I was really disappointed you were not in the office when we were in Guilin on our tour.I do hope you are feeling better. I would have loved to call in and thank you personally.

All the arrangements you made for us worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the prompt service you gave us.  You were very easy to work with, you always addressed my emails and answered my questions and everything ran smoothly while we were in China. We really enjoyed our trip to your amazing country, although I would not like to live there I really found it difficult to cope with so many people!!!!!Australia only has 20 million people which makes up our entire population.China seems to have this mass of people “swirling”' everywhere and it is difficult to find a quiet place.I guess you are probably use to it and would find it strange to live differently.

There seems to be a real community fell amongst your people which  we could learn from, I’m sure.If you ever have the opportunity to come to Australia, please email us and we can show you “our world”!!!!!!

Just one thing we found difficult on our cruise that you might like to mention to the Yangtze Paradise Cruise Company was the cigarette smoke on board.Their policy was for people to only smoke on outside decks but this was not enforced and the cabins, corridors and lounge areas became more and more smoky as time went on.Of course the air-conditioning reticulated this unhealthy air into our cabin also, which we found unpleasant, especially as we are non-smokers.Having said this, it was the only down-side to an otherwise wonderful cruise. We found the staff very helpful and friendly and our River Cruise Guide really worked hard to keep us informed (in English) with what was happening. Thanks for all your help in making our time in China so enjoyable.Your arrangements for us were wonderful.

Take care,

Lyn & Philip
