It was a pleasure to travel with her!! Thanks also to the driver who has provided us a safe and comfortable feeling during all of our trip in Shanghai and Suzhou.

Thanks for your email concerning service evaluation form. Actually we already handed over our evaluation form to Angela when we returned from Suzhou. Nevertheless, we have had a very enjoyable first trip to China and also very satisfied with the service extended by your company.

In the meantime, we arrived safely in KL yesterday and wanted to take this opportunity to say “THANK YOU Vanessa” and China Highlights for organizing an excellent first China tour in Shanghai. We want also to say THANKS to our guides Nora and Angela, in particular to Nora, for her helpful support, friendliness, attention and providing a lot of  information about the city of Shanghai. It was a pleasure to travel with her!! Thanks also to the driver who has provided us a safe and comfortable feeling during all of our trip in Shanghai and Suzhou.

As for the itinerary, the visit of Shanghai Museum and Jiangnan Silk museum factory were really WOW feeling. The visit to Tongli old town, Water town cruise and the Rickshaw ride in Suzhou were nice but not really exciting for us. As a matter of fact, it was good to see the way of people living in a small village as well as to see the diversity of business along the small alleys in Tongli. Other tours like Jade Buddha Temple, Pearl TV tower, Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai and Humble Administration Garden in Suzhou were very informative places to visit. Lunch in Shanghai at Home Restaurant was excellent despite a misunderstanding of ordering the drinks. The dispute was solved perfectly by Nora. It was also an enjoyable lunch with Angela at a local Dumpling restaurant YangYang in Suzhou. Nora brought us to a shops selling low cost bags, watches etc.  It was a great experience to see the shop located in the residential area.

The Expo was very well organized. We were lucky that we could enter the premises smoothly around 10h00 AM (within 30 minutes including the security checks).Unfortunately we were not able to visit the pavilions we planned to do due to a very long queue and it was quite a hot day (32C) and humid too. Nevertheless, we managed to visit 2 well known countries like Indonesia and The Netherlands where we enjoyed to eat a typical lunch from Holland (French Fries, Mayonnaise and Dutch veal croquette). We'll recommend your company to our family, it is really value for money tour agency.
