Ryan's Feedback on 4-Day China Tour

I would like to commend the outstanding job my tour guide Rita did on the trip. She was always on time and extremely energetic. She communicated everything extremely clearly and was incredibly well versed in the history and culture of each site and did a great job giving me information on everything we saw.

Hey Sammi,

I just returned from North Korea which was directly preceded by an extremely activity-filled trip to both Beijing (which was the China Highlights trip) and Hong Kong. So to be honest I am a little bit 'burnt out' and am trying to digest everything I have seen in the past few weeks. As such I hope you will understand if I am brief with my response and do not answer the questions by the number.

First and foremost I would like to commend the outstanding job my tour guide Rita did on the trip. She was always on time and extremely energetic. She communicated everything extremely clearly and was incredibly well versed in the history and culture of each site and did a great job giving me information on everything we saw. I surprised even some of my friends who had lived in Beijing in the past with the facts and knowledge I picked up through Rita. I plan on recommending China Highlights, and Rita personally by name, to any friends or anyone else who tells me they plan on visiting Beijing in the future.

I would also like to acknowledge my driver Mr. Fong for the outstanding job he did. I never once had to wait after finishing an activity. Mr. Fong would always be waiting with the car ready to go immediately at the exit from the site we just visited. He and Rita ensured I always had water and were very flexible in both the schedule and making quick stops to pick up a snack.

Again, I apologize for being brief but it has been a long couple of weeks! Still I wanted to recognize the great job Rita and Mr. Fong did. They helped create lifetime memories. I will send pictures in the near future when I return to the US.
