It is a great pleasure and a matter of big luck that I have Ms. Sammi Dai as the travel agent working for my China trip. She is a real efficient travel agent. In short, the following qualities make her unique :

1) She is very prompt in answering questions asked by customers. She never missed to answer my questions within 24 hours. She will even encourage customers to call her at her cell phone when she is off.

2) She will answer to the point (no extra word), and her answers are always clear. I did not have to ask the same question twice.

3) She cares for her prospective customers. I was shopping for travel companies when I planned for a China trip. I talked with quite a few of them. It is Sammi's sincerity and genuinness that made me choose China Highlights.

4) She worked very hard for me. I changed my plans 5 or 6 times but she was always patient and re-wrote my plan each tme efficiently. She understands a customers needs quite quick.

I hope my actual trip will be good in the hands of other travel workers like her.
