Michelle's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

Lydia was a huge help to us in and outside of Beijing. When we had trouble finding our connecting guides between cities, Lydia was always available by cell phone. She contacted the tour company and ensured that we would be picked up promptly.

We had a good time with China Highlights. I'd especially like to thank Lydia and Michelle, our tour guides in Beijing and Datong. Lydia was a huge help to us in and outside of Beijing. When we had trouble finding our connecting guides between cities, Lydia was always available by cell phone. She contacted the tour company and ensured that we would be picked up promptly. In addition, she always called me later to ensured that we were picked up. She was incredibly thoughtful and caring.

Michelle, our Datong tour guide, was also excellent. She did a great job of explaining in both English and Mandarin. Michelle was extremely patient and considerate. She arranged late check-outs for us so that we would not have to spend additional time waiting at the train station.
