My name is Ron Brown and I am from Australia. I booked a tour through China Highlights for myself and 5 other people the tracking code is SA111104055.
At the time I was searching train schedules as we wanted to experience train travel through china from Beijing to Xi'an then onto the Yangtze River and then Guilin.
I was having trouble with this and found China Highlights Website. There was a skype link and so I called and spoke to Sammi Dai. Sammi immediately gave me information about train travel in this region and after some discussion we decided to overnight from Beijing to Xi'an and then fly/cruise the rest.
Sammi made up a rough itinerary for us and with this the trip was planned.
We changed things many times and every time Sammi replied within 24 hours with the changes and its costing's without any problems.
On arriving in Beijing our Train tickets and phone were delivered and at the end of 1 week there we caught the overnight sleeper to Xi'an.
From here on Sammi had arranged for guides to meet us and take us to and from the Hotels/Airports. Every guide was on time and the vehicles large and comfortable with safe and courteous drivers.
We then flew to destinations having an amazing cruise on the Yangtze River and then spent time in Guilin touring this wonderful area.
Here at Sammi's recommendation we were met by Jenny ZENG, a wonderful and very knowledgeable lady that looked after us superbly. Again she was on time every time and nothing was a trouble to her. She explained in clear English every detail of any question we asked of her. She would stay with us from early morning to after the tours end accompanying us to dinner or shopping at our request. Sometimes we would ask her to go home, but she obliged by staying with us and taking very good care of us.
I cannot praise Sammi Dai or Jenny ZENG highly enough to you. These two ladies are an absolute asset to your company and they made our trip to china so very special just through the way they did their job with so much professionalism and courtesy. They are two speciall ladies and due to our experience with them we would not hesitate to recommend China Highlights to our friends.
I have submitted a report along similar lines to Trip Advisor.
