JAMES's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

Hi Leon, We had a great time in China and this was mainly due to the planing and preparation carried out by China Highlights. The guides were experienced and very professional in every aspct of their duties. There were of course a few little problems but they, in no way , lessened the enjoyable holiday. In answering your questions , we had to think long and hard to arrive at constructive critism as the holiday was so good. Firstly, the most memorable attraction was undoubtedly the Terracotta Warriors. We could have spent more time in Xian with the museum and the warriors---perhaps one more day. The most outstanding tour guide for us was MONICA ZHANGJIE. She made our stay in Xian so memorable and enjoyable. Her knowledge was also impressive as was her care and consideration for us. Tunker and Pan were also excellent and did much to enhance our stay and were both extremely professional and helpful. The guides we had in Yichang and Hangzhou were not as good as Monica,Tunker and Pan. The first hotel , The Sofitel Xanadu, was excellent however we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as our flight was late and we arrived at the hotel about midnight and were gone about 0700 hrs the next morning. Probably a waste of money in this case. The other hotels , with exception of the Westlake Golden Plaza, were all very good and comfortable.The Westlake was very ordinary. The other hotels were very comfortable .All the meals were extremely good and we could not fault any hotel. I think your WOW factor was provided by the top three guides and their drivers. They made our holiday run so smoothly. The airport procedures were a little daunting in China but the guides were excellent and helped us through the procedures with ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anybody and would be delighted to talk with potential customers on our experiences.I would prefer email contact.
