Craig's Feedback on 6-Day China Tour

Sorry for the late reply, but our trip continued on to London and Spain after China, and we have just returned home on the weekend.

 We'd like to share some of our trip experience with you. The Great Wall was the most memorable attraction we visited, such an awesome structure!  Jay was our tour guide, and I speak on behalf of our whole group when I say that Jay was extraordinary. We have been on different tours all over the world. and Jay was by far the most professional, friendly, patient, and informative of them all. She went above and beyond her role as tour guide, and even made recomendations for additional activities in the evenings, such as restaurant, shows, and shopping locations. My mother was not feeling very well, and Jay was very patient and understanding with her. Jay ensured that our visit to China was a perfect experience, and we all thank her deeply for that. Please send her our regards and thanks. I don't remember the name of our driver, but he too was extremely patient, both with us, and the traffic! Jay did not rush us through our tour, and I think maybe we were a very slow group, and the driver did have to wait for us sometimes. But he never stopped smiling and was always ready to pick us up. So please thank him again for us too! .

Speaking to hotels,  we enjoyed the Redwall hotel included breakfast  very much. For most of our stay the hotel was not very busy which meant that breakfast was peaceful and all the food was available.

We already have recommended your company to some friends. We have also told them to request Jay.  Thank you!
