Dear Leon: I just wanted to let you know we were very satisfied with the tour arrangements we made through CITS and most appreciative of the efforts of Nancy Wang, our guide in Beijing. She was very pleasant, and was always on time and efficient with any extra arrangements she made for us; e.g., the acrobat show, Peking duck dinner, hutong tour and making sure we were checked in at the ariport for our departure to Xian.
