Frederick's Feedback on 1-Day China Tour

Dear Leon, Our trip was very short but we managed to pack plenty in to a short time. The hotel we stayed in in Xi'an, the Sofitel, was excellent, within the city walls and close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. We had an excellent guide who took us around Xi'an visiting the city walls, the Big Wild Goose pagoda, Grand Mosque and on to see the Terracotta Army. On the following day we caught the bullet train to the Longmen Grottoes where we had another guide to tell us all about the stone sculptures and then take us back to the train station. On both these days we had a very enjoyable lunch using local restaurants. We were a party of 6, four in their forties and ourselves (over 65). We all agreed that our short stay in China was the highlight of our holiday in the Far East. I have attached a few photos which we are happy to share with you.
