Silvia's Feedback on 1-Day China Tour

Dear Leon, Thank you for your message. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, but I visited Japan after China and I've only just got back to the UK. First of all, many thanks for your service. Personally, I thought the trip was fantastic. The guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and he told me a lot about the area and China in general, as well as the culture. He was also very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied at all times. Even when we had the problem of the boat's motor breaking down, he made sure to tell me what my options were and that I was comfortable throughout the coach trip we had to get back. He paid for my dinner even though it wasn't included in the trip and he didn't know if he'd get the money back; he just wanted to make sure I had a good trip and I really appreciate that. Then the tour itself was fantastic, the scenery around the gorges is beautiful and I had the little boat to myself, so both the driver and the tour guide went out of their way to show me the best parts around. They also stopped in a farmers' village so that I could experience the real China. Many thanks again for all your help and fantastic service. Kind regards, Silvia
