Mr Steven Zhao, We have just booked a private tour with your company and I can not express the helpfulness and assistance that Leon Long has shown to us. We made several changes in several emails and to his credit it was exactly as we wanted. He replied very quickly and understood our reqirments to the letter. He was quick to suggest options and we did take him up on most of these.I felt he was working with us to provide the service we wanted and now we feel confident that our travel plans are in good hands.
