Well, I must say that the tour that you organized for us in Beijing was really first rate! Good job for sure. We went on to follow another tour from Beijing to Huanzhou (organized by another member of the family) and it paled in comparison - in fact many times Jackie, Dick and I commented how much better organized and managed our Beijing tour was. And I really must give an excellent commendation to Kattie - our guide. Kattie really did an excellennt job helping us to navigate through the days we spent together. She was very informative and kept the group moving at a perfect pace. Remember, we ranged in age from mid-70s to the youngest - 11 years old. Not an easy task. But Kattie handled it all very well and set a good pace for the entire group. For example, when we went to the Great Wall, a few in our group were having trouble with the altitude and the climbing. Kattie very professionally got us all to the top so we could take some pictures, then helped the folks get to a place to sit and relax while the rest of us viewed the wall. Kattie also had a very good demeanor and a good sense of humor. I really appreciated that when a time or 2 she did not understand what we were saying, instead of pretending to understand, she continued to ask questions until she was sure what was being said. This was so important because we really felt like we were being taken care of and not just tolerated. I really think she did a great job. And I also want to commend our driver. I can't even imagine trying to drive in Beijing, but he did a great job getting us through traffic safely and making the ride a little bit fun, too!

So, I think you all should be commended for providing an excellent service, from the organizing through the execution. Thank you for making our tour of Beijing so enjoyable.
