Debroah's Feedback on 5-Day China Tour

Leon, Thank you for a wonderful experience with your tour company. I wrote many comments on my feedback form emphasizing what a great time we had and how impressed we were with your company. Thank you for all you did to arrange our itinerary and making last minute changes when our flight was cancelled and we arrived at a later time on a different airline. I especially wanted to email you to commend Kattie, our guide. Her English was outstanding and her knowledge of the places we visited and China in general were fantastic. Our experience was so much better than if we had done it on our own because we wouldn't have learned 1/10th of what we were told by Kattie. If we had questions, she had the answers and she pointed out so many things that we would have never noticed or thought about! Having a personal tour guide was super, and I can't say enough great things about her and your company. In addition to Kattie's knowledge was her wonderful personality which made us feel at ease and very welcomed. Overall, the booking process was smooth and easy, we were greeted at the airport as scheduled and our itinerary discussed so we knew what to expect, and Kattie, and her excellent driver, made our trip perfect. Please pass along our thanks to her, our driver, to you, and to your company for a job well done!!!! We will highly recommend China Highlights to anyone we know traveling to China. Deborah
