Nancy's Feedback on 6-Day China Tour

Hi Vivi, I am well. Thank you. Yes, of course, everyone has been asking us about our trip to China. I'd be happy to share some of my thoughts about our trip. We had a great time! Prior to going, I told my husband that I didn't want to have to do all of the planning for the trip. As it got closer to leaving for China and I realized not much had been planned, I decided to contact you. Your email was given to me by a co-worker's sister-in-law who travels to China for work. She said you could help me with tours. I sent you an email with the tentative dates we planned to be in each of 4 cities and requested help with tours in 3 of the cities. Your quick response included not only tours, but, arrangements for travel, hotels, meals, and transfers. I was impressed with not only the quickness of your response, but, the thoroughness of all the details. And, probably most importantly, the cost was reasonable. I had a few questions and a couple of requests to change hotels. Each time, your response was quick, professional and seamless. I can't say that we were disappointed with anything. While it was cold in Beijing, the sky was blue and it was sunny. That made for great views at the Great Wall. After a long cold day of touring in Beijing, traffic was quite heavy. Unfortunately, it took us almost 3 hours to return to our hotel. We realize this couldn't be controlled. The next day, we suggested to our guide that we didn't mind taking the subway if it would be quicker after our tours? He agreed and that's what we did. We had a subway stop near our hotel. Beijing has a very clean and efficient subway system. Thank you for your professionalism and help with our trip. Each of our guides was professional and had their own unique way of conducting the tours. We enjoyed getting to know them. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who will travel to China in the future. Our ages range from 56-65. You may use the review online.
