Hi Elaine, Vicky Thank you for contacting me to ask for feedback. Vicky - I noticed your details at the end of Vivi emails so I have copied you in as well. Vivi's service has been excellent - she has not only advised and quoted on several different Yangtze cruises but has also provided a tailored and personalised service that I was very grateful for. In addition, her email responses were always clear and helpful and her replies were very quick. Her advice regarding travel arrangements to and from the cruise ports, and in particular the transfers she arranged in both Yichang and Wuhan were certainly exceeded my expectations.
