DONNA's Feedback on 24-Day China Tour

Hi there, Just some feedback regarding our Tours booked with China Travel from 3rd April to 29th April 2015. Tour:CYM150207052 ? Firstly a very big thank you to our Travel Advisor Vivi Chan for her great planning from what we wanted to see in China. When we emailed any enquiries, Vivi always responded promptly and answered any questions asked by us. Our Hong Kong guide William Pun, met us at the airport and had us on our way to experience Hong Kong in no time. He left us his card and said to call him if we had any questions or concerns. He also has a great knowledge of the area. Our first experience of our Shanghai arrival was when we were greeted by our tour guide called "Bright". We had just got of a Cruise ship from a 17 night trip around Asia and being met by a Cheerful, smiling happy young lady we knew it was going to be a great start to our Shanghai experience. Bright was our tour guide in Shanghai and My husband and I would like to mention that this wonderful young lady definitely made our time in Shanghai a very special and memorable honeymoon. Bright surprised us with a bouquet of roses when we arrived at the Radisson hotel which was a perfect touch to our first night stay. Bright always went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and safe at all times and she even sung us a Folk song on our canal cruise which added that oriental feel and also great video for us. This young lady is an asset to your company and we will be recommending China Travel to all our friends and family due to our experience with this amazing tour guide along with the great tours planned by China Travel Our Tour guide Deng from Suzhou was also a very respectful, knowledgable and a lovely lady. She has a love of Suzhou that you can see she is passionate about and relays this with her history of this amazing city. Dengs knowledge of each garden that we went to was very educational, we learnt so much about these wonderful places and appreciate the history behind each garden we visted. The people that are lucky to have her as their guide next, im sure will learn alot about the History of Suzhou as much as we did. We have some amazing pictures that Deng took that we will cherish for a life time. Not forgetting to mention one of the most important things as part of our trip…Our amazing drivers!!! Each and every driver (not sure of any of their names) always made us feel safe and comfortable at all times, whilst keeping the vechile in 5 star cleanliness. Overall it was an amazing holiday with the help of great weather and fantastic guides with all the perks and knowledge of the areas. Regards Donna & Phillip Filipaina
