Robert's Feedback on 5-Day China Tour

Dear Vivi, I was cheered by the last line in your email - “I hope that this trip would not be the last for you”. We fell in love with China and certainly will come back – avoiding aeroplanes when we can, since we are sure that is where we picked up the bug. As for your service it was warm, personal and efficient and I am sure from the correspondence we have had much due to your own input and personality. The effortless way you dealt with our Boarding Card printing problem was indicative of the concern you show for your clients. All the timetables were met with your guys there ahead of schedule. Your representative Hank is very charming and went out of his way to be helpful at all times. He also speaks English that we can understand. We know that English is not spoken widely in China All our lives we have travelled independently but the comfort of seeing Hank at our arrival might make us looked to agents like yourselves more often.
