Matthew's Feedback on 9-Day China Tour

Vivi, I just wanted to take the time to drop you a note and thank you for the tour - your effort was appreciated. I must also in particular single out the tour guide we had in Hangzhou - Rainbow - who is not only a credit to your organisation but also probably the best tour guide I have ever come across in all my years of travel. Her attention (in a subtle way) to ensuring that her guests had an enjoyable time was simply outstanding and a lot of other tour guides could learn from her in terms of how to look after their guests. She takes that little bit extra attention to make sure the tour is enjoyed - and as such she will ensure you have repeat business. Many thanks again Matt
