Dennis's Feedback on 16-Day China Tour

Dear Miss Wen, For the past two weeks I have had dealings with Vivi who has been working very hard to put together a tour of China and Tibet for my wife and myself. It hasn't been easy for Vivi because at first both parties were not able to agree upon all the small details of the trip. Vivi was very patient and was able to make a few suggestions which I had not thought about and together both parties were able to finally agree upon a satisfactory itinerary. Vivi has worked very very hard and has always presented a professional and pleasant manner. She has always replied immediately to any emails that I sent, and there were many. Also there were quite a few questions that I needed answered and she always replied promptly. She must have been frustrated at times with me but she always kept trying until she had achieved a satisfactory outcome. I did allow another company to put together an itinerary which Vivi did not realise but they were slow with the first emails so I decided to put my business with Vivi who worked tirelessly and gave me excellent service. Thank you. I would hope that you will let Vivi know that we are very pleased with the professional and courteous manner she has displayed and my wife and I are now looking forward to beginning our trip in May 2015.
