Dear Ms Wen, I understand you're Ms Vivi Chen's supervisor and I would like you to know that I'm very pleased with the service she has provided me from the onset of my enquiry to date. Even though we had several setbacks, Vivi has always come up with the needed recommendations to fit into our tight schedule compiling to our needs. Without her advice, I wouldn't know how to organise a short tour for my tour members with such ease.
